THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF FUNDACION COSTA RICA-ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMERICA PARA LA COOPERACION (CR-USA FOUNDATION) IS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT THROUGH TECHNICAL COOPERATION, TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFERS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND COSTA RICA, AS WELL AS TO PROVIDE THE GOVERNMENT OF COSTA RICA WITH ACCESS TO SPECIALIZED ASSISTANCE NECESSARY FOR ON-GOING IMPROVEMENT OF ITS POLICIES, STRUCTURE AND SYSTEMS FOR RENDERING PUBLIC SERVICES.
