TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE SAN FRANCISCO PENINSULA AREA BY SUPPORTING PROGRAMS THAT FOSTER EDUCATIONAL GROWTH AND TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS.

THE DELTA SAN FRANCISCO-PENINSULA FOUNDATION STRIVES TO CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE IN COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE SAN FRANCISCO PENINSULA AREA. THE FOUNDATION, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE SAN FRANCISCO PENINSULA ALUMNAE CHAPTER (SFPAC) OF DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY, OFFERS SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS $24,000 AWARDS AND DISTRIBUTES $6,000 EACH YEAR OVER A FOUR-YEAR PERIOD. THE FOUNDATION MAKES AN ONGOING INVESTMENT IN ITS SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS BY SUPPORTING STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THEIR UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION. THERE WERE 6 SCHOLARS OUTSTANDING IN 2021.
