THE FRIENDS HAS ONLY ONE MISSION, TO SUPPORT THE PUBLIC LIBRARY FINANCIALLY, TO PERMIT THEM TO UPGRADE COMPUTERS, CREATE A LOCAL MEANS OF HOUSEHOLD TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT, UPGRADE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT AND ADD SOME PART-TIME SERVICING EMPLOYEES. IN ADDITION, THE FRIENDS ASSIST AND / OR SUPPORT LARGER EVENTS SUCH AS MOBILE BOOK BUS REPAIRS / REPLACEMENT, HVAC, AND OTHER UNPLANNED MAJOR EVENTS THAT ARISE OVER THE YEARS, AS NECESSARY FOR IT TO CONTINUE SERVICES WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
