IS TO ASSIST PHI DELTA THETA HOUSE CORPORATIONS AND PHI DELTA THETA GENERAL FRATERNITY BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL CAPITAL FOR ACQUISITION OF THE CHAPTER HOUSES, IMPROVING AND UPDATING CURRENT CHAPTER HOUSES INCLUDING LIFE SAFETY IMPROVEMENT, AND PRESERVING PRIME PROPERTY LOCATIONS AT WHICH NO PHI DELTA THETA CHAPTER IS CURRENTLY LOCATED, AS WELL AS PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR FUNDRAISING PROJECTS TO SUPPORT THE ABOVE ACTIVITIES.
