THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF PREMIER HEALTH (PREMIER) IS TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN, SUPPORT, AND STIMULATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A HEALTHCARE SYSTEM INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, HOSPITALS, CLINICS, AND OTHER FACILITIES THAT PROVIDE INPATIENT OR OUTPATIENT CARE OR AMBULATORY SERVICES, ACCOMMODATIONS, DIAGNOSTICS, AND TREATMENTS TO PERSONS SUFFERING FROM ILLNESS.CONTINUED IN SCHEDULE O.
PREMIER HEALTH GROUP (PHG) IS A NON-EQUITY MODEL PHYSICIAN HOSPITAL ORGANIZATION CREATED TO CLINICALLY INTEGRATE PHYSICIANS AND HOSPITALS IN THE COMMON INTEREST OF ACHIEVING THE TRIPLE AIM: IMPROVED CONSUMER EXPERIENCE WITH THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM AND LOWERING TOTAL COST OF CARE, WHILE MAINTAINING OR IMPROVING QUALITY OUTCOMES.
