LENDING: HOME REPAIR LOANS AND DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE. NHP SERVED 23 CLIENTS UNDER THE HOME REPAIR PROGRAM IN 2021 (17 GRANTS; 6 LOANS). WE PROVIDED 1 DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE GRANT, ASSISTED 10 ADDITIONAL HOUSEHOLDS UTILIZING LENDER DOWN PAYMENT FUNDS, AND FACILITATED 39 HOME PURCHASES FOR FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS.
EDUCATION & COUNSELING: HOMEBUYER EDUCATION PROGRAM: 87 INDIVIDUALS COMPLETED OUR HOMEBUYER EDUCATION COURSE IN 2021. 72 RECEIVED INDIVIDUAL CREDIT COUNSELING, AND 23 RECEIVED "STREAMLINED" HOMEBUYER COUNSELING UNDER OHFA/HOEPA GUIDELINES. 18 ATTENDED FINANCIAL LITERACY WORKSHOPS THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIPS WITH CLARK COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES AND UNITED SENIOR SERVICES.
