THE MISSION OF THE HOCKING HILLS TOURISM ASSOCIATION IS TO PROMOTE THE GROWTH OF RESPONSIBLE TOURISM THROUGH MARKETING STRATGIES AND PROGRAMS THAT BALANCE ECONOMIC GROWTH WITH THE NEED TO PRESERVE THE NATURAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE HOCKING HILLS REGION.

PROMOTE TOURISM IN HOCKING COUNTY, OHIO BY PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTING 275,000 VISITOR GUIDES, SERVING MORE THAN 50,000 VISITORS AT WELCOME CENTERS, HOSTING MEDIA TOURS, AND DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE ADVERTISING AND PUBLIC RELATION CAMPAIGNS AND TOURISM PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT.
