THE ORGANIZATION (NESI) IS DEDICATED TO EDUCATING, INSTRUCTING AND TRAINING INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP AND IMPROVE THEIR CAPABILITIES IN THE SPORT OF SWIMMING. NESI PROMOTES SWIMMING FOR THE BENEFIT OF ATHLETES OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARDS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES OF UNITED STATES SWIMMING, INC.

THE ORGANIZATION IS THE PRIMARY AMATEUR YOUTH SPORT GOVERNING BODY IN NEW ENGLAND AND PROVIDES TRAINING, EDUCATION, STRUCTURED COMPETITION AND A WEBSITE FOR SWIMMING SPORTS THROUGHOUT THE REGION. ATHLETES, COACHES, OFFICIALS AND CERTAIN NON-ATHLETES ARE SUPPORTED AND AN ANNUAL BANQUET IS HELD TO RECORD AND CELEBRATE THE ACCOMPLSHMENTS IN THE SPORT DURING THE SEASON.
THE ORGANIZATION HELD IT'S 33RD ANNUAL BANQUET DESIGNED TO CELEBRATE THE YEAR IN REVIEW AND RECOGNIZE THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE CLUB MEMBERS AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS IN TRAINING AND COMPETITION THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. AWARDS ARE ISSUED TO THE VOLUNTEER AND COACH OF THE YEAR. THE SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER WAS OLYMPIAN, LIA NEAL!
