DELIVERED SIX LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SEMINARS FOR 30 INDIVIDUALS (PER SEMINAR) INVOLVED IN AGRICULTURE AND RURAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. PARTICIPANTS ARE FULL TIME PROFESSIONALS IN FARMING, EDUCATION, EXTENSION, AGRIBUSINESS, GOVERNMENTS SERVICES ROLES. EXPECTATION IS INCREASED LEADERSHIP INVOLVEMENT BY THESE INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE COMMUNITES, VARIOUS TRADE/INDUSTRY ROLES AND IN CIVIC ROLES.
PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS FOR INDUSTRY. ATTENDEES WERE PROVIDED WITH INFORMATION TO EXPAND THEIR KNOWLEDGE ON THE SUBJECT. EXPECTATION IS THAT ATTENDEES WILL BE BETTER INFORMED FOR POLICY AND RULE MAKING DECISION MAKING IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND STATE LEADERSHIP ROLES FOR INDUSTRY.
