TO ASSIST IN PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO HIGH SCHOOL AGED STUDENTS BY FACILITATING MEMBER ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICTS IN THEIR STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMS. WE FACILITATE TWO-WAY EXCHANGES BETWEEN COUNTRIES AND SEND OR RECEIVE ONE-WAY EXCHANGES AS NEEDED. WE FACILITATE BOTH ONE-MONTH AND ONE-YEAR EXCHANGE PROGRAMS. WE PROVIDE ORIENTATION TO BOTH THE STUDENTS, THEIR PARENTS AND COUNSEL AS TO PROCEDURES.
