CHICAGO TRAIL VILLAGE (CTV) IS A NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY BENEFIT CORPORATION THAT PROVIDES RETIREMENT HOUSING SERVICES TO OVER 100 RESIDENTS ON A 250-ACRE CAMPUS. CTV IS AFFILIATED WITH A CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY (CCRC) KNOWN AS HAMILTON GROVE. CTV'S SERVICES ARE INTEGRATED INTO HAMILTON'S SERVICES. CTV PROVIDES INDEPENDENT-LIVING HOUSING SERVICES. RESIDENTS IN CTV ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ADVANCED SERVICES OFFERED AT HAMILTON GROVE, INCLUDING ASSISTED LIVING AND SKILLED NURSING. CTV RESIDENTS PAY A SUBSIDIZED MONTHLY FEE FOR RENT.
