THE COLUMBUS METROPOLITAN CLUB (CMC) MEETS ITS MISSION BY PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTING 60-70 PUBLIC FORUMS EACH YEAR, FEATURING NEARLY 200 SPEAKERS, PANELISTS, DEBATERS, AND MODERATORS ON A WIDE VARIETY OF TOPICS. FORUMS ALWAYS INCLUDE AMPLE TIME FOR UNSOLICITED, RANDOM QUESTIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE. CMC PRIDES ITSELF ON BEING A CREDIBLE SOURCE OF INFORMATION ABOUT CURRENT AFFAIRS - THE ORGANIZATION TO WHICH COLUMBUS CITIZENS LOOK TO PROVIDE A PLATFORM FOR A DISCUSSION OF SOCIAL, POLITICAL, ECONOMIC, AND CULTURAL ISSUES OF CONCERN TO THE COMMUNITY.
