OPERATION OF A SHELTERED WORKSHOP CAFE TO PROVIDE AT RISK YOUTH BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18 AND 24 LIFE SKILLS AND FOOD SERVICE TRAINING. AFTER A PERIOD OF ON THE JOB TRAINING, STUDENTS ARE PLACED INTO OTHER PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT. INTERNSHIPS AT OTHER FOOD SERVICE EMPLOYERS MAY BE OFFERED.
ASSISTANCE IN RENTAL TO PROVIDE AT RISK YOUTH BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18 AND 24 WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE SHELTERED WORKSHOP CAFE PROGRAM WITH SAFE HOUSING.
