HEALTH JUSTICE RECOVERY ALLIANCE: FISCALLY SPONSORED BY SAFETY AND JUSTICE OREGON, THE HEALTH JUSTICE RECOVERY ALLIANCE IS THE STATEWIDE RECOVERY ADVOCACY COALITION WORKING TO ENSURE THAT THE DRUG ADDICTION TREATMENT & RECOVERY ACT IS IMPLEMENTED FULLY AND WITHOUT DELAY, CENTERING THE NEEDS OF COMMUNITIES MOST HARMED BY THE WAR ON DRUGS BLACK, LATINX, NATIVE AND TRIBAL COMMUNITIES.
