AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION TO THE CHURCH, 60% OF THE RESIDENTIAL HOUSE OWNED BY US IS USED BY THE CHURCH AS A MANSE IN ITS HOUSING PROGRAM. PURSUANT TO A USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CHURCH AND US, THE CHURCH OR THE SENIOR PASTOR WHO OCCUPIES THE HOUSE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ALL PROPERTY TAXES AND INSURANCE ON THE PROPERTY.
AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF BEL AIR PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, INTEREST WAS EARNED ON LOANS MADE TO CERTAIN FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE CHURCH, PRIMARILY THE SENIOR PASTOR AND HIS SPOUSE.
