THIS TRUST IS CREATED AND SHALL BE ADMINISTERED AND DISTRIBUTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SUCH PURPOSES ARE DEFINED BY SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, OR CORRESPONDING PROVISIONS OF ANY SUBSEQUENT FEDERAL TAX LAW (THE "CODE"). THE TERM "CHARITABLE PURPOSES" SHALL BE LIMITED TO AND SHALL INCLUDE ONLY RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, TESTING FOR PUBLIC SAFETY, LITERARY, EDUCATIONAL OR FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO CHILDREN OR ANIMALS PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF THOSE TERMS AS USED IN CODE 501(C)(3), BUT ONLY SUCH PURPOSES AS ALSO CONSTITUTE PUBLIC CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER THE LAW OF TRUSTS OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
