IN 2021, ALLIES SERVED 39 SURVIVORS OF TRAFFICKING IN THE ALLIES MENTORSHIP PROGRAM. THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM WAS CREATED TO PURPOSEFULLY MATCH FEMALE SURVIVORS, AGES 12-24, IN NEED OF A STABLE, POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH AN ALLY, OR MENTOR.
IN 2021, ALLIES EDUCATED HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE OF THE ISSUE OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING, WORKED WITH OVER 60 VOLUNTEERS BOTH IN-PERSON AND VIRTUALLY TO FURTHER THE MISSION AND EQUIPPED COLLEGE STUDENTS TO BE ADVOCATES THROUGH THE COLLEGE CAMPUS INITIATIVE.
THE VOLUNTEER AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAM IS LED BY A PART-TIME EMPLOYEE, THE VOLUNTEER INTERN COORDINATOR WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIRING AND MANAGEMENT OF ALL INTERNS AND OVERSEES THE STUDENT-LED COLLEGE CAMPUS PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM RECRUITS VOLUNTEERS FOR THE ORGANIZATION YEAR-ROUND, FACILITATES TRAINING AND APPRECIATION INITIATIVES.
