DAY CARE SERVICES WILL PROVIDE CARE TO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE SUFFERED STROKES, MEMORY LOSS, DEMENTIA, PHYSICAL DISABILITY OR LIMITATIONS AND OR VISUAL PROBLEMS. YOUR SECOND FAMILYS GOAL IS TO PROVIDE A PLACE WHERE SENIORS CAN SOCIALIZE AND PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES WHILE IN A SAFE, SUPERVISED ENVIRONMENT, AS WELL AS MEET DAILY LIVING NEEDS.
