THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PURCHASE FISH TO RESTOCK SHAVER LAKE. THE LAKE WAS DRAINED TO PROVIDE ACCESS FOR MAINTAINANCE ON THE DAMN, IN WHICH MOST OF THE FISH THAT WERE IN TEH LAKE DID NOT SURVIVE. AS A RESULT, THE GOALS OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND CONSERVATION OF FISHING THROUGH SEMINARS, FISHING TOURNAMENTS AND PARTENERING WITH THE BOY SCOUTS AND BIG BROTHER AND BIG SISTER ORGANIZATIONS.
