MINNESTAR HELPS TO INFUSE MINNESOTA WITH A THRIVING TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT. MINNESTAR BRINGS TOGETHER THE MINNESOTA TECHNOLOGY COMMUNITY, PROMOTING CONNECTIONS AND HELPING THE TECHNOLOGY COMMUNITY LEARN FROM EACH OTHER. WE EXIST TO BUILD, NURTURE, AND ENGAGE THOSE INTERESTED IN TECHNOLOGY THROUGH MEANINGFUL CONNECTION.2022 SAW A RETURN TO IN PERSON EVENTS FOR THE ORGANIZATION. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO INNOVATE AMIDST THE CHANGING LANDSCAPE, WITH A SAFE AND THOUGHTFUL RETURN TO IN PERSON AND HYBRID EVENTS. WE HELD 19 EVENTS, INCLUDING ONE (1) LARGE ALL DAY CONFERENCE, THREE (3) TECHNOLOGY DEMO EVENTS, TWO (2) JOB FAIRS, EIGHT (8) ASK AN EXPERT VIRTUAL EVENTS, AND A HANDFUL OF SMALLER EVENTS CONVENING THE COMMUNITY AROUND MUTUAL INTERESTS.OUR EVENTS REMAIN THE GO-TO EVENTS SHOWCASING TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION IN OUR COMMUNITY. WE HAD 4,758 PEOPLE REGISTER FOR OUR EVENTS IN 2022. OUR EVENTS ARE ATTENDED BY INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AREAS OF THE TECH ECOSYSTEM, FROM DEVELOPERS TO ENTREPRENEURS, VC INVESTORS TO STUDENTS. WE AIM TO PROVIDE A HIGH QUALITY PLATFORM TO SHOWCASE INNOVATION IN OUR TECH COMMUNITY, WHILE BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER TO CATALYZE, GROW AND SUPPORT A THRIVING TECH COMMUNITY FOR ALL.
