THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO SERVE AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH THE PURPOSE TO PROVIDE DISCRETIONARY FUNDING TO CULTIVATE INCREASED AWARENESS IN THE MISSION, VALUE AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE SOUTH BEND PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, TO THE BENEFIT OF THE CITIZENS OF SOUTH BEND.
