WE BELIEVETHAT ALL OF CALIFORNIAS SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO ATTEND A HIGH-QUALITY PUBLIC SCHOOL GOVERNED BY POLICIES THAT PRIORITIZE THEIR EDUCATIONAL INTERESTS.
