DR. KENNETH AND CAROLINE MCDONALD ENG FOUNDATION PROVIDES COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS TO HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES POST-GRADUATE RESEARCH GRANTS AND GRANTS TO RESEARCH FACILITIES IN THE FIELD OF AGRICULTURE AND ANIMAL NUTRITION.

ON OCTOBER 28, 2011, THE FOUNDATION PLEDGED $500,000 TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA FOUNDATION TO BE GIVEN IN 5 ANNUAL INSTALLMENTS OF $100,000 EACH. THIS PLEDGE HAS ESTABLISHED THE DR. KENNETH AND CAROLINE MCDONALD ENG CONFINED COW FEEDING RESEARCH FUND TO BENEFIT AND SUPPORT CONFINED COW FEEDING RESEARCH IN THE DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL SCIENCE, COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURAL AND NATURAL RESOURCES, AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH DIVISION, INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES, UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA, LINCOLN. THE FIFTH $100,000 WAS PAID ON DECEMBER 03, 2015.
