TRUST WOMEN'S MISSION IS TO OPEN CLINICS THAT PROVIDE ABORTION CARE IN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES SO THAT ALL WOMEN CAN MAKE THEIR OWN DECISIONS ABOUT THEIR HEALTH CARE. WE PROMOTE EXPANDED ACCESS TO ABORTIONS THROUGH PUBLIC EDUCATION, GRASSROOTS ORGANIZING AND COMMUNITY BUILDING IN KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA. TRUST WOMEN OPERATES REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE CLINICS IN OKLAHOMA AND KANSAS.

THE CLINIC IN WICHITA, ORIGINALLY OPENED IN 2013, WAS EXPANDED IN RESPONSE TO REGIONAL NEED. PATIENT VOLUMN HAS DOUBLED AS A RESULT. WE WORKED IN COALITION TO PROTECT ABORTION RIGHTS AND ACCESS IN KANSAS DURING THE 2022 PRIMARY ELECTION SEASON.
THE CLINIC IN OKLAHOMA CITY, ORIGINALLY OPENED IN 2017, HAS CONTINUED MEETING THE NEEDS OF WOMAN IN THE AREA DURING 2021. WE WORKED IN COALITION TO PROTECT ABORTION RIGHTS AND ACCESS IN OKLAHOMA DURING THE 2022 PRIMARY ELECTION SEASON.
WE PARTICIPATED IN MULTIPLE EDUCATIONAL PANELS FOR ABORTION RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS, HIGHER ED INSTITUTIONS AND CIVIC GROUPS. WE PROVIDED EXPERT SPOKESPEOPLE FOR DOZENS OF INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL AND REGIONAL MEDIA OUTLETS COVERING ABORTION AND POLITICS. WE PARTNERED WITH LOCAL ARTS AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE OUTREACH AND COALITION BUILDING WITH OUR HOME COMMUNITIES.
