IT DEVELOPS LAY MINISTERIAL LEADERSHIP AS WELL AS VOCATIONS TO THE PRIESTHOOD AND RELIGIOUS LIFE IN THE AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY. IT FACILITATES ONGOING DIALOGUE INVOLVING THE AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY AND THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.
