THE LYKE FOUNDATION CONFERENCE PROVIDES IN-SERVICING AND TRAINING TO 500 CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS. THE CONFERENCE TEACHES, TRAINS AND INFORMS LITUGICAL MINISTERS. IT DEVELOPS LAY MINISTERIAL LEADERSHIP AS WELL AS VOCATIONS TO THE PRIESTHOOD AND RELIGIOUS LIFE IN THE AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY. IT FACILITATES ONGOING DIALOGUE INVOLVING THE AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY AND THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.
