THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSES THAT ARE PERMITTED TO BE CONDUCTED BY ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(19) OF THE IRC OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:1. PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY2. ASSIST DISABLED AND NEEDY WAR VETERANS AND MEMBERS OF THE U S ARMED FORCES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS, AND WIDOWS AND ORPHANS OF DECEASED VETERANS3. PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT, CARE AND ASSISTANCE TO HOSPITALIZED VETERANS AND MEMBERS OF THE U S ARMED FORCES4. CARRY ON PROGRAMS TO PERPETUATE THE MEMORY OF DECEASED VETERANS AND MEMBERS OF THE U S ARMED FORCES, AND TO COMFORT THEIR SURVIVORS5.
