PONDEROSA MONTESSORI PROVIDED TEACHER TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION FOR REGIONAL PRIVATE SCHOOLS, CHILD CARE CENTERS, YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS, PUBLIC SCHOOLS, AND COMMUNITY PARENTS IN ADDITION TO IN-HOUSE STAFF IN THE AREAS OF CPR, FIRST AID, MONTESSORI CURRICULUM, CHILD OBSERVATION, CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT, AND HEALTH AND SAFETY. DURING THE 2021 SCHOOL YEAR, PONDEROSA MONTESSORI SCHOOL TAUGHT 111 CHILDREN (INCLUDING 8 CHILDREN FROM NM EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE DEPARTMENT), INFANTS THROUGH 12 YEARS OLD, WITH 12 FULL-TIME FACULTY MEMBERS, 10 PART TIME FACULTY MEMBERS, AND 1 ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR.
