MISSION IS TO BE THE PREMIER PROVIDER OF ANCILLARY SERVICES TO THE LONG- TERM CARE INDUSTRY AND TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY, LOW-COST SERVICES FROM OUR NEIGHBORHOOD CLINICS.

VAS IS CONTRACTED WITH OVER 100 NURSING HOMES AND LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES ALONG THE FRONT RANGE OF COLORADO TO PROVIDE DENTAL, AUDIOLOGY, AND OPTOMETRY SERVICES TO THEIR PATIENTS. DURING 2022, VARIOUS SERVICES SUCH AS EXAMS, DEBRIDEMENT'S, X-RAYS, EXTRACTIONS, FILLINGS, DENTAL APPLIANCES, HEARING AIDS, AND EYEWEAR WERE PROVIDED TO PATIENTS BY QUALIFIED LICENSED PROFESSIONALS. VAS STAFF PROVIDED COORDINATION OF SCHEDULING BETWEEN THE FACILITIES AND THE PROFESSIONALS, AS WELL AS BILLING FOR THEIR SERVICES. ALL FEES WERE BASED ON MEDICAID RATES, EVEN TO PATIENTS WHO WERE NOT ON MEDICAID (PRIVATE PAYS) OR WERE COVERED UNDER A PRIVATE INSURANCE. IN SOME INSTANCES, VAS PROVIDED SERVICES OR APPLIANCES AT NO CHARGE. VAS ALSO OPERATES A MEDICAID CLINIC PROVIDING CARE TO ELIGIBLE PATIENTS.
