THE NON-BUSINESS AND NON-PECUNIARY PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE A YOUTH ORCHESTRA TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, PARTICULARY THE ELDERLY, THE HANDICAPPED AND THE HOMELESS TO ENJOY FREE SOUL SOOTHING MUSIC; AND HELP TO DEVELOP YOUNG ADULTS' VALUE AND CHARCHACTER TO TAKE A LEADING ROLE TO PARTICIPATE AND HELP OTHERS IN NEED THROUGH THE ORCHESTRA ACTIVITY; AND TO DO ANY OTHER ACTS INCIDENTAL TO OR CONNECTED WITH FOREGOING PURPOSE OR IN THEREOF.
