TRAP/NEURTER/RELEASE PROGRAM WHICH ADDRESSES FERAL CAT OVERPOPULATION IN BAKER COUNTY, ALONG WITH A CAT ADOPTION PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES HEALTHCARE TO AND TAMES SEMI-FERAL KITTENS AND CATS FOR ADOPTION, PLUS THE SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES LOW-COST SPAY AND NEUTER SERVICES FOR DOMESTIC DOGS AND CATS.


RESCUE AND REHABILITATE DOGS THROUGHOUT EASTERN OREGON BY PROVIDING THE MEANS TO CORRECT BEHAVIORAL DEFICIENCIES AND ENABLING THEM TO BECOME ADOPTABLE. ALSO PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR PRISON INMATES TO GAIN JOB SKILLS IN DOG TRAINING AND LEARN POSITIVE BEHAVIORS APPLICABLE TO HUMAN INTERACTION BY WORKING WITH ANIMALS.
