MUSIC THERAPY PROGRAM - DMAN PROVIDES AT LEAST 1,400 HOURS OF MUSIC THERAPY IN EACH YEAR. THE MUSIC THERAPY STUDIO OPERATES ON MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS. SENT OVER 10 HANDICAP INDIVIDUALS TO THE DETROIT MUSIC AWARDS. PARTICIPATED IN A LIVE PERFORMANCE AT TRAIL EDGE VENTILATOR CAMP WITH 5 HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS. PERFORMED AT VARIOUS VENUES WITH 7 HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS WITH A TEAM KNOWN AS THE DAISY PROJECT. 2 HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATED IN A LIVE PERFORMANCE AT ROCKING THE SHORES BEER FEST.
DMAN'S ASSISTED TRAVEL PROGRAM - TRANSFERRED OVER 40 HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS FROM THEIR WHEELCHAIRS TO CONVERTIBLES AT THE DREAMS COME TRUE (DREAM CRUISE) ON WOODWARD.
TRANSPORTED 6 PATIENTS TO/FROM THE HOLLYWOOD NIGHT FUNDRAISER SO THEY COULD ENJOY A "RED CARPET" WELCOME AND RECEIVE THE VIP TREATMENT.
