WE STRIVE TO ENSURE THAT EVERY NEW MEXICAN FEELS VALUED AND ENCOURAGED TO LEAD WITH COMPASSION AND INNOVATION. REBOUND NEW MEXICO (RNM) PROVIDES COMMUNICATIONS AND JOBS SKILLS TRAINING FOR UNHOUSED ADULTS AND YOUTH. BY FOCUSING ON LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BASIC JOB SKILLS TO INCLUDE JOB INTERVIEW PREPARATION, WE INCREASE CHANCES OF SUCCESS FOR AT-RISK AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED YOUTH AND UNHOUSED INDIVIDUALS. IN 2022 RNM WAS ABLE TO SERVE 125 YOUTH AND ADULTS. RNM ALSO PROVIDES GRASSROOTS ORGANIZING TO ASSIST COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO ENGAGE IN PUBLIC POLICY DECISIONS
