THE GILMORE FOUNDATION IS WORKING IN COLLABORATION WITH BOTH LOCAL COMPANIES AND LOCAL CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS TO UNDERWRITE A TALENT ATTRACTION STRATEGY. THE GREATER PEORIA LEADERSHIP COUNCIL WAS FORMED BY GILMORE FOUNDATION TO PROVIDE THOUGHT LEADERSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY TO THIS INITIATIVE.
