WARM-WEATHER ADAPTIVE SPORTS AND RECREATION - ADAPTIVE SPORTS PARTNERS OF THE NORTH COUNTRY (ASPNC) PROVIDED 100 OUTDOOR SPORTS AND RECREATION SERVICE SESSIONS FOR PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL AND/OR INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES DURING THE WARM-WEATHER MONTHS. THE MOST REQUESTED SPORTS AND RECREATION ACTIVITIES WERE BIKING, HIKING, GOLF SWIMMING AND KAYAKING. THE MAJORITY OF ADAPTIVE PARTICIPANTS CAME FROM NORTH COUNTRY TOWNS IN NEW HAMPSHIRE AND THE NORTHEAST KINGDOM OF VERMONT.
