THE FOUNDATION HAS DONATED LAND AND FUNDS TO UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING THE BASTIAN AGRICULTURAL CENTER. THE CENTER WILL PROVIDE A STEM CENTER CONSISTING OF A 4-H AND YOUTH CONFERENCE AND COMMUNITY CENTER, A NATURAL RESOURCES EDUCATION CENTER. IT WILL ALSO PROVIDE SMALL FARM EDUCATION: ANIMAL FACILITY AND FOOD PRODUCTION AND AN AGRICULTURE DEMONSTRATION NEIGHBORHOOD. THESE FACILITIES WILL DEMONSTRATE AND EDUCATE ABOUT AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES THAT WILL RESULT IN A LEGACY OF LEARNING IN THE SALT LAKE VALLEY AND BEYOND.
