TO ENSURE A VIBRANT AND DYNAMIC FUTURE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE KOSCIUSKO COUNTY AND NORTHEAST INDIANA REGION, WE SEEK TO SUPPORT THE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY AND GROWTH OF THE REGION'S ORTHOPEDIC COMMUNITY THROUGH CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES FOCUSED ON: EQUIPPING THE NEXT GENERATION THROUGH TALENT DEVELOPMENT, ENRICHING COMMUNITY THROUGH TALENT ATTRACTION AND QUALITY OF PLACE IMPROVEMENTS AND ACCELERATING INDUSTRY THROUGH ADVANCES IN INNOVATION AND RESEARCH.

A MAJOR PROGRAM UNDER THIS INITIATIVE IS THE ONGOING SUPPORT OF THE CURRICULUM, LOGISTICS, SUPPLIES, AND MATERIALS FOR THE DISCOVERME EVENT FOR LOCAL EIGHTH GRADERS. OTHER SIMILAR PROGRAMS TO EXPOSE STUDENTS TO CAREERS IN THE ORTHOPEDIC INDUSTRY INCLUDED IN-CLASS CONTENT, SUPPORT OF VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, AND TOURS BY STUDENTS OF VARIOUS BUSINESSES IN KOSCIUSKO COUNTY.
