THE CHELSEA HICKS FOUNDATION RUNS THE CHELSEA'S CLOSET THERAPEUTIC DRESS-UP PROGRAM DELIVERING COSTUMES, TOYS AND ACCESSORIES TO OVER 2,400 SERIOUSLY ILL CHILDREN IN 2021 THROUGHOUT OREGON AND SW WASHINGTON. THE PROGRAMS INCLUDE MOBILE, PERMANENT CLOSETS AND PERSONAL COSTUME CARE PACKAGES THAT SERVE INPATIENT CHILDREN AT RANDALL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL AT LEGACY EMANUEL AND DOERNBECHER CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN PORTLAND, OREGON. THE DIRECT ORDER COSTUME CARE PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED TO IN-TREATMENT CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES AT BOTH HOSPITALS AND ALSO MAILED TO FAMILY'S HOMES THROUGHOUT THE STATE AND BEYOND.
