KEY ACTIVITIES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021:1. (USA) BLACK SKY EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS AND COORDINATION SYSTEM ("BSX"): EIS SAW THE COMPLETION OF THE BSX BLOCK 1 INSTALLATION AND IMPLEMENTATION AT A LARGE AMERICAN POWER AND ENERGY COMPANY HEADQUARTERED IN THE EAST COAST. THE CONTRACT, SIGNED IN AUGUST 2020, COULD NOT BEGIN UNTIL COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS WERE REMOVED. INSTALLATION BEGAN IN MAY 2021. FINAL DELIVERY TOOK PLACE IN NOVEMBER 2021.2. (USA) BLACK SKY EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION SYSTEM ("BSX") BROADBAND IP SOFTWARE DEFINE RADIO ("BNET") BSX-BNET: BSX IS CURRENTLY MOVING INTO ITS PHASE 2 IMPLEMENTATION WITH TECHNICAL TEAMS FROM MANY INDUSTRY LEADERS WHICH WILL EXPAND THE FOOTPRINT THE EAST COAST FOOTPRINT. THE BNET RADIO IS THE WORLD'S FIRST COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE EMP-PROTECTED RADIO FROM RAFAEL AND OFFERS A RESILIENT COMMUNICATIONS SOLUTION FOR WIDE SCALE CATASTROPHES. THE BNET DEMONSTRATION CONNECTED BLACK FIBER LINKS TO ENABLE INDEPENDENT AND RESILIENT EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION CAPABILITY BETWEEN CRITICAL ELECTRICITY NODES IN THE EASTERN GRID. (USA) BROADBAND IP SOFTWARE DEFINE RADIO ("BNET"): BNET 900 MHZ CAME TO FRUITION, BRINGING A NEW CAPABILITY THAT ALLOWS VIDEO, DATA AND VOICE COMMUNICATION. THIS ACTIVITY STARTED AT THE END OF 2020. BY EARLY 2021, EIS HAS CONFIRMED SPECIFICATIONS FOR TESTING AND FOUND A FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC) CERTIFIED LABORATORY. RAFAEL DEVELOPED AND VERIFIED THE ADDITIONAL HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE MODIFICATIONS AND EIS CONTINUED TESTING COORDINATION WITH THE LABORATORY. 4. USA (GLOBAL) EARTH EX: CONDUCTED THE 5TH EMERGENCY ALL-SECTOR RESPONSE TO TRANSNATIONAL HAZARDS EXERCISE (EARTHEX), FROM SEPTEMBER 1 - OCTOBER 31, 2021.
