AMERICA NEEDS YOU (ANY) PROVIDES HIGH-ACHIEVING, LOW-INCOME, FIRST-GENERATION COLLEGE STUDENTS WITH EXPOSURE TO A WIDE VARIETY OF CAREERS, ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL NETWORKS, PREPARATION TO SECURE AND SUCCEED IN CAREER-TRACK INTERNSHIPS AND MOTIVATION TO COMPLETE COLLEGE. WE CURRENTLY OPERATE IN NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, ILLINOIS AND CALIFORNIA.ANY OPERATES TWO PROGRAM MODELS: THE FELLOWS PROGRAM AND FIRSTGENU. THE FELLOWS PROGRAM IS A TWO-YEAR, IN PERSON MODEL THAT SERVES ALMOST 500 STUDENTS EACH YEAR THROUGH CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND MENTORSHIP. FIRSTGENU IS A SELF-PACED DIGITAL PROGRAM THAT CURRENTLY SERVED 900 STUDENTS AND OFFERS ONLINE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES.STUDENTS WHO COMPLETE ANY PROGRAMS ACHIEVE EXTRAORDINARY OUTCOMES. CONSISTENTLY, YEAR OVER YEAR, ANYS FELLOWS COMPLETE CAREER TRAJECTORY INTERNSHIPS, GRADUATE FROM BACHELORS DEGREE PROGRAMS, AND SECURE FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT OR ENROLL IN FULL-TIME GRADUATE PROGRAMS AT RATES SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN THEIR PEERS.
