DENVER JUSTICE HIGH SCHOOL'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A COLLEGE PREPARATORY EDUCATION FOR ALL ENROLLED STUDENTS. JUSTICE HIGH SCHOOL TARGETS STUDENTS WHO ARE CHRONICALLY TRUANT, WHO HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL IN THE TRADITIONAL SCHOOL SETTING, OR WHO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM. DENVER JUSTICE HIGH IS A PLACE WHERE "AT-RIS" YOUTH CAN BECOME SUCESSFUL "YOUTH OF PROMISE" BY BEING GIVEN HIGH STANDARDS, OPPORTUNITIES AND AN ENVIRONMENT WHICH CULTIVATES GROWTH AND LEARNING. CENTRAL TO THESE OBJECTIVES IS A FOCUS ON THE INDIVIDUAL STUDENT EMPOWEING ALL THE STUDENTS TO SEE THE IMPORTANCE IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS. THE SCHOOL WILL UTILITIZE HIGH ACADEMIC STANDARDS, TUTORING AND DENVER JUSTICE HIGH TEACHERS WILL CREATE A DIVERSE LEARNING ATMOSPHERE WHICH ENCOURAGES ACCEPTANCE AND COMPASSION FOR ALL HUMAN BEINGS. EVERY CHILD HAS A TALENT OR AN INTEREST THAT IF NOURSIHED AND ENCOURAGED, WILL RESULT IN EXCELLENCE, AND ACHIEVING EXCELLENT RESULTS SGIVES HOPE AND BUILDS CONFIDENCE. D
