2021 ACCOMPLISHMENTS: SMCC CONTINUES TO BE A LEADING PROVIDER OF PREP-PEP SERVICES IN MARICOPA COUNTY AND ONE OF THE TOP PROVIDERS OF HIV AND STI SERVICES IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA. 2021 ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE: A MASSIVE OVERHAUL TO A NEW ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS SYSTEM ALLOWING FOR GREATER REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION CAPABILITIES; A REBRANDING THROUGH WORK WITH RIESTER SONORAN TO BETTER REPRESENT AND CONNECT WITH OUR PATIENT BASE AND OFFERINGS; EXPANSION OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH EFFORTS AND FREE-STI TESTING TO ENSURE MORE PEOPLE KNOW THEIR HIV AND STI STATUS; A MOBILE CLINIC UNIT BUILT FOR LAUNCH IN 2022 TO HELP REACH UNDERSERVED AREAS OF MARICOPA COUNTY; EXPANSION OF COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS TO ENSURE BETTER COLLABORATION IN REACHING AT-RISK POPULATION IN MARICOPA COUNTY.
