CAPITAL ADOPTIVE FAMILIES ALLIANCE PROVIDES RESOURCES THAT ADOPTIVE CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS NEED TO GUIDE AND NURTURE CHILDREN INTO ADULTHOOD. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS HUNDREDS OF FAMILIES IN THE GREATER SACRAMENTO AREA BY PROVIDING RESPITE SERVICES, SUPPORT GROUPS, TRAINING, AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT WITH THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF KEEPING ADOPTIVE FAMILIES TOGETHER IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE EVERYONE CAN THRIVE.
