THE CLARKSTON HIGH SCHOOL MARCHING BAND PROGRAM STARTS IN JULY AND ENDS THEIR SEASON IN NOVEMBE. THEY PERFORM WEEKLY FOR JUDGES AND SPECTATERS AT SATURDAY INVITATIONALS.THEY PERFORM AT HOME FOOTBALL GAMES. EACH WEEK THEY TRY TO INCREASE THEIR SCORE TO QUALIFY FOR STATE COMPETION IN NOVEMBER.
WE HOST ON AVERAGE 15-20 BANDS FOR A 111 DAY EVENT. CLARKSTON HIGH SCHOOL HOST ONE MARCHING BAND INVITATIONAL THE STATE COMPETITION ACCEPTS THE TOP 12 BANDS IN YOUR DIVISION
HOST PERFORMANCE COMPETITION WHERE PARTICIPANTS ARE JUDGED AS THEY PERFORM IN FRONT OF JUDGES AND SPECTATORS. STUDENTS LEARN TO PERFORM INDIVIDUALLY AND IN ENSEMBLES FOR JUDGES
