COUNTY PROGRAMS OFFER TRAINING CLOSE TO HOME THROUGH COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD ASSOCIATIONS. EACH COUNTY HOSTS EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR ON TOPICS OF INTEREST. THESE INCLUDE: SCHOOL LAW - THE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA BY BOARD MEMBERS, BUILDING COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS, STUDENT SAFETY AND CYBER SECURITY, BUDGET/ FINANCE - THE BOARDS'S ROLE IN THE BUDGET, CRISIS MANAGEMENT, STEM/STEAM, SUSTAINABILITY, THE ARTS IN EDUCATION AND REGIONALIZATION.
