THE FOUNDATION'S FACILITY INCLUDE STUDIO UNITS INCLUDING 30 SINGLE UNITS AND 13 PREMIUM ROOMS, WHICH CAN BE OCCUPIED AS A SINGLE OR DOULBLE OCCUPANCY, AND HOUSES ADULTS AGES 18 AND OLDER WITH INTELLECTUAL, PHYSICAL, AND/OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
