DEVELOPMENT AND ONGOING OWNERSHIP OF A FACILITY THAT HOLDS 44 LOW INCOME HOUSING UNITS AS WELL AS COMMERCIAL SPACE THAT HOUSES THE 60 BE DAVID HOOPER DETOXIFICATION AND STABILIZATION CENTER. DURING FISCAL 2017, THE NET ASSETS OF THE ORGANIZATION WERE TRANSFERRED TO CENTRAL CITY CONCERN AS PART OF THE UNWIND OF THE NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT STRUCTURE.
