WORKING ADULTS ENHANCE CAREER SKILLS AND ABILITIES, DEVELOP NEW COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPAND THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE IDEALS OF A DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY.
