COLORADO SCIENCE & ENGINEERING POLICY FELLOWSHIP (CSEPF): DESIGNED TO GIVE POLICY-MAKING EXPERINCE TO UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS WITH BACKGROUNDS IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATICS. THE GOAL IS TO INCREASE THE PRESENCE OF INDIVIDUALS IN PUBLIC POLICY THAT COME FROM SCIENCE & ENGINEERING BACKGROUNDS AS WELL AS DEVELOP THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS IN COLORADO & BEYOND.
JEWS OF THE WILD WEST DOCUMENTARY: A FEATURE LENGTH EDUCATION DOCUMENTARY THE IMPORTANCE OF THE WESTERN JEWISH POINEERS. THROUGH ON CAMERA INTERVIEWS, ARCHIVAL FOOTAGE AND IMAGES, THE FILM WILL PRESERVE AND EDUCATE FUTURE GENERATIONS ON THIS DYNAMIC CHAPTER OF JEWISH HISTORY AND THE ROLE IT PLAYED IN SHAPING THE UNITED STATES.
THE GROWTH PROJECT: FOCUSED ON ADDRESSING THE IMPACT OF COLORADO'S POPULATION GROWTH ON THE STATE'S NATURAL SPACES. THE GROWING POPULATION IS STRAINING THE CAPACITY OF OUR MOUNTAINS, NEGATIVELY IMPACTING WILDLIFE AND NATURAL RESOURCES. THE GROWTH PROJECT IS HOSTING REGULAR FORMS TO ENGAGE PUBLIC LAND DECISION-MAKERS, STATE & LOCAL AGENCIES, AND COMMUNITY & CIVIC LEADER TO COLLABORATE ON ADDRESSING THIS CHALLENGE.
