THE TEACH PLUS POLICY FELLOWSHIP IS A HIGHLY SELECTIVE, RIGOROUS PROGRAM FOR EXCELLENT TEACHERS WHO WANT TO DEEPEN THEIR KNOWLEDGE, EXPAND THEIR INFLUENCE, AND LEAD IN SHAPING EDUCATION POLICY AND ADVOCACY.
T3 IS AN INNOVATIVE TEACHER LEADERSHIP PROGRAM THAT TRAINS, COACHES, AND SUPPORTS EXPERIENCED, EFFECTIVE TEACHERS TO LEAD TEAMS OF PEERS TO IMPROVE STUDENT ACADEMIC OUTCOMES ACROSS GRADE LEVELS.
IN OUR INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS, TEACH PLUS TEACHER LEADERS BEGIN BY EXPLORING THEMSELVES AS LEADERS, EXAMINING HOW THEIR IDENTITY PLAYS A ROLE IN THEIR LEADERSHIP AND WHAT IT MEANS TO BE AN ANTI-RACIST ADVOCATE FOR EQUITY, AND UNDERSTANDING THE LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE THEY CURRENTLY POSSESS AND IN WHAT AREAS THEY NEED TO GROW IN ORDER TO BETTER LEAD THEIR COLLEAGUES.
