LIFT-LEVNTATE IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO BUILDING HEALTHY, EQUITABLE COMMUNITIES. WE ADDRESS THE MOST CHALLENGING HEALTH AND WELLNESS ISSUES CONFRONTING FAMILIES IN LOWER SOCIO-ECONOMIC AREAS, ESPECIALLY POPULATIONS THAT FACE STEEPER CULTURAL CHALLENGES THAN THEIR PEERS. LIFT'S GOAL IS TO REDUCE LIFESTYLE-RELATED AND OTHER CHRONIC DISEASES SUCH AS OBESITY, TYPE 2 DIABETES AND HYPERTENSION THAT DISPROPORTIONATELY AFFECT THESE COMMUNITIES.
